Welcome back to I Love ProMarkers & other Mediums and to our
brand new Challenge #607
This fortnight, we are celebrating
Special Occasions, and we cannot wait to see the gallery filled with
beautiful creations inspired by all those memorable moments worth
celebrating.
This theme gives you so much room to get creative. You might choose
birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby celebrations, graduations,
thank you cards, retirements, or any occasion that deserves something
handmade and heartfelt. Sweet characters, elegant florals, playful
scenes, and meaningful sentiments would all fit perfectly.
Soft pastel shades can create a gentle and elegant feel, while bold
colours and bright contrasts bring extra fun and energy to your
designs. Add sparkle, texture, layers, ribbons, die cuts, or keep things
clean and simple for a more classic finish.
Whether your style is cute and cheerful or elegant and detailed, we are

Although our challenge has always centred around blog entries, we are
embracing the wider crafting community and the places you now
share your work. Entries are welcome from TikTok and Instagram,
alongside traditional blog posts. However you choose to create and
share, we would love to see it.

This fun and creative card immediately stood out with its clever layout
and wonderful use of repeated images. The different sheep characters
placed inside the circular frames create such a playful design, while the
tall slimline style gives the whole card a lovely sense of movement and
balance.
We really loved the bright grassy background, which adds fantastic
texture and helps the soft colouring of the sheep stand out beautifully.
The sweet Father’s Day sentiment ties everything together perfectly,
creating a card that feels cheerful, lighthearted, and full of personality.

No. 11 – Diane A
This stunning card really caught our attention with its beautifully
detailed colouring and elegant overall design. The magnificent bird
image has been coloured so carefully, with gorgeous shading and depth
throughout, while the soft floral elements add a lovely contrast and bring
warmth to the piece.
We especially loved the striking colour combination of the bold black,
white, and red tones against the softer peach flowers and delicate sky
background. The layered papers frame the image beautifully without
distracting from the focal point, allowing that incredible colouring work
to truly shine.

This beautiful floral card really stood out with its elegant design and
gorgeous colouring. The vibrant poppies immediately draw the eye,

We also loved the graceful arched layout, which frames the image
